Grover Smoothie recipe – This was a bit of a struggle this

This has actually ended up being my favourite drink to date, fresh, tasty, full of ingredients that contain anti-inflammatories, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals…so great for your body, health and yes once again, your skin, apparently! Cost – £7.76 This will give you 4 drinks
What I really like about this drink, apart from the obvious health benefits, is that you can taste every ingredient, there is not one ingredient that overpowers the other and as a foodie that’s what I also look for.
Ingredients
Cucumber – 2-3 inch
Blueberries – 1 handful
Spinach – 1 generous handful
Kiwi – Half
Lime or Lemon – half
Method
Roughly chop cucumber, scoop out or cut off skin of kiwi and chop roughly, add all ingredients into blender, squeeze in lemon or lime juice and touch of water, blend for 40 seconds, pour and enjoy.
This drink will not as the others did replace your breakfast but it’s a great drink to start your day. see also : Simple Strawberry Popsicles Recipe
